The heiress donated the lands to the Carmelite sisters.

1870

Estanislau de Camargo Seabra and Levem Vampre bought the lands from the Carmelite sisters. Constitution of Vila Aymoré S/A.

1922

Estanislau de Camargo Seabra passed away.

1945

Levem Vampre passed away. The company remained inactive until 2018.

1954

Jorge Vampre, great-nephew of Levem Vampre, took over the company.

2018

Pereira family (Pear3Land Holding) acquired VILA AYMORÉ S/A.
